at 7:29 PM MDT over central Colorado. I have received over 250 witness
reports, from Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, and
Arizona.
Data has been recovered
from the following Network cameras:
Tom Ashcraft also
captured this meteor from his camera near Santa Fe, NM (video and other information).
The image at left is
from the Cloudbait camera. The meteor is seen passing almost straight
overhead. It burned continuously, but where it passed behind thicker
clouds at the center the computer briefly stropped recording.

Based on data from the cameras, the meteor appeared over Colorado Springs, CO and traveled due west, ending near Cedaredge, CO. The ground path was about 270 km (170 miles) long, and the average speed was 34 km/s (76,000 mph). I have not yet accurately determined the entry angle. The fireball was traveling very nearly parallel to the ground, apparently at a low height of 30-40 km (which is consistent with reports of sonic booms). The path is similar to an Earth-grazer, but the height would normally be higher in that case. The radiant is close to that of the Southern Taurid shower, which peaks on November 5 and is active for several weeks. However, the behavior and path of this fireball make me think it was a sporadic meteor, not a shower member.

Witness Reports
As of the afternoon of October 31, I have received over 250 witness reports. These span a range of 900 miles from east to west, and 600 miles from north to south. This is one of the most widely reported events I've analyzed. The reports were very consistent in describing the fireball as blue, green, or turquoise, long lasting, and as bright as the Moon. Most people had the impression of fairly slow movement. Many reported seeing the ground light up. There were several reports of sonic booms under the path, and two reports of electrophonic noise. The map below shows the distribution of 245 witnesses, as well as allsky camera locations.
There are some fantastic things you can find on youtube these days, here are some samples:

Some Unidentified Flying Objects in the Atmosphere and Space Are Life forms
http://www.trufax.org/research/trevor_james_constable.htmlEvery Age seems to have their
own. The self realized adventurer whose wanderlust among uncharted
borderlands returns to mankind brand new specimens of insight and
knowledge to broaden and benefit the human fraternity. Among inventors,
every school child knows the classic examples of Edison and Bell, but
relatively few would have known of the great accomplishments of a
magnificent trail blazer of the first half of the 20th Century by the
name of Ruth Drown, had it not been for the tenacity of an equally
formidable trail blazer of the second half of the 20th century, Trevor
James Constable.
Trevor's wanderings have
taken him far, but a broad review of his life's work must include his
development and refinement of a reliable method of weather manipulation
known as Etheric
Rain Engineering,
his discovery and photography of huge, plasmoidal aerial creatures in
the 1950's which he identified as "Critters", his capturing of color photos
of UFO's using ordinary 35 mm color film and a special lens filter, his
documentation of the extraordinary advancements in the healing arts
discovered by Dr. Ruth Drown and her subsequent persecution by the
government, his elaboration of the New Knowledge brought forth by Rudolf Steiner
and Wilhelm Reich, among others, whose discoveries could herald a
renewed Renaissance for all of mankind if more widely known and
embraced, and his international reputation as an aviation historian of
German and Allied fighter pilots of World War II
Born in New Zealand in
1925, Trevor J Constable engaged a long career at sea which spanned
nearly a half century, lasting from World War II
until 1992. After finishing high school, he joined the New Zealand
Merchant Marine for a year, followed with the British Merchant Marine
for five years, and after emigrating to the United States in 1952,
sailed for 26 years with the U.S Merchant Marine as a Radio Electronics
Officer. He plied the North Atlantic with the British in the late 40's
aboard the famed Queen Mary and completed more than 300 crossings of
the North Pacific aboard the SS Maui, flagship of the Matson
Navigation Company; the ship upon which he conducted many of his famous
weather manipulation experiments utilizing the multi-tubed Cloudbuster invented by Wilhelm Reich and
the etheric principles expounded by Rudolf Steiner and Gunther
Wachsmuth.
During his 14 years
aboard the SS Maui, he was finally able to divorce his cloudbusing
equipment from water
grounding, a
substantial step forward. He now opened a new epoch in etheric weather
engineering based on biogeometric
forms and phi geometry. His technical goal was to
directly access the etheric continuum and use its native laws to
engineeer weather, especially rain. Variants developed in this
experimental crucible on the high seas were frequently employed which
included rotating formats on the moving ship and injecting harmonious
spiralling motions into the ether by human design. Trevor's real-world
progress was documented using very compelling time-lapse video. This
video documentation demonstrated that his simple etheric vortex
generators worked effectively on the local weather, even through
half-inch thick steel -- six decks down within the ship's hull.
As the size and weight of
his etheric translators were progressively reduced,
realization of a longtime dream came within reach: taking
etheric rain engineeering AIRBORNE. By 1994, he had
conclusively proved in a series of airborne tests in Hawaii,
that airborne
etheric rain engineering
was another new epoch in etheric engineering. The widened horizon from
an aircraft, unmatched visibility, and infinite heading control,
greatly magnified the effects he had learned to produce in his years of
maritime pioneering.
In the late 80s and early
90s, he documented a series of smog reduction operations in southern
California. These proved the effectiveness of etheric manipulation
techniques against smog, in an area considered the largest and
filthiest smog region in America. Funded by Singapore businessman and
entrepreneur George K. C. Wuu, these operations culminated in
a full-season, anti-smog operation in 1990, using fourteen stations
throughout southern California. Smog came down in that single
season by an astonishing 24 percent, for a total investment cost of
$35,000. Federal and state authorities were notified-IN ADVANCE- of
this smog reduction endeavor using official forms. Despite Trevor's
stellar results, California was not interested in the further use of
these techniques and has since seen smog expenditures exceed $10
billion, with no end in sight for 2003.
Trevor's rain and smog
operations are recounted in a 1994 book entitled Loom of the Future. The book employs a
new literary format in the form of a book-long interview, with more
than 130 photographs keyed to the text. Loom of the Future provides a historical education
in the step by step progress of etheric engineering.
In 1991, the Singapore
company Trevor formed with George Wuu, AEREO, was hired by the State of
Melaka in Malaysia, then in drought. Working with George Wuu and Dr.
Peter Lindemann from atop a 32-story hotel in Melaka, he engineered 38
measurable rains during a 57-day dry-season period -- approximately 75
percent of a normal annual Melaka rainfall, in mainland Malaysia's
driest state.
Following Trevor's
development of airborne etheric rain engineeering in
1994, having proved it practicable and feasible in both Hawaii and
Malaysia, George Wuu now formed a new commercial rain engineeering
enterprise in Singapore called Etheric Rain Engineering Pte. Ltd. This corporation provides
airborne etheric rain engineering services to governments. The company
has a website with many splendid articles and explanations of etheric
science at www.rainengineering.com . The greatest difficulty that
has plagued the company since its inception has not been engineering
rain or conquering smog, but rather overcoming bureaucratic sloth and
the vested interests of the 'disaster' industry; a dilemma that hobbles
them to this day.
Trevor's greatest
literary contribution to humanity is surely The Cosmic Pulse of Life, first published in 1975. Here, he
elucidates the great forward leaps engendered by the likes of
Rudolf Steiner, Wilhelm Reich, and Ruth Drown, an advanced soul who
Trevor often described as a 'saint' who was first crucified, and then
literally murdered by orthodox medical interests working through
government stooges. Dr. Drown's invention of Radio-Vision alone, an embarrassingly simple
instrument used to obtain CAT scan-like X-ray images of a patient-at a distance, should have earned Drown the
Nobel Prize in the early 1930's. Instead, she was forced to endure a
lifetime of unending pillorying, vilification, belittlement and
kangaroo courts designed to break her emotionally, physically, and
financially. In the chapters titled The Boys Downstairs and The Battle for The Earth, Trevor brings to light-25 years
before anyone heard of the name David Icke-the hidden hand of the Ahrimanic powers, malevolent fourth dimensional
alien forces who are subverting and enslaving humankind from within.
Other chapters in this magnificent compendium deal with the Four
Ethers, UFO's, Critters, Etherean science, Meade Layne (founder of the
Borderland Sciences Foundation), George Van Tassel, Ernst Lehrs, Dr
Franklin Thomas, and a host of other important revelations and
personalities too numerous to include here.
Trevor James
Constable's 1957 Amoeboid
Bioform 'Critter'
On land, his interest in UFO's investigation was undoubtedly fanned by the phenomenal activities that he had witnessed in the 1950's at a remote location in the California desert known as Giant Rock, near Landers. It was there where George Van Tassel had been taken aboard an alien spacecraft in 1954 and afterwards was in regular psychic communication with this group of aliens and other 'space brothers' who were able to speak through Van Tassel using his vocal apparatus. Van Tassel held regular public get togethers within a large, hollowed out room excavated beneath Giant Rock which included both human and, at times, human looking alien 'guests', who sometimes materialized and dematerialized in full view of those attending. UFO manifestations and fly-bys were also a common sight at Giant Rock in those days. Trevor was initially eager to learn from Van Tassel how to open up such psychic channels himself, but later came to deeply regret having acquired the skill. It took the help of a gifted clairvoyant, Dr. Franklin Thomas, to finally end these unwanted psychic intrusions.
While Trevor is best known for his UFO investigations and weather manipulation activities, few people realize his reputation as an aviation historian of fighter pilots of World War II. He wrote six books with Col. Raymond Toliver in which they documented the aeronautical feats and heroism of flying aces from both sides of the Atlantic. His definitive biography of Erich Hartmann, the world's greatest fighter pilot, in a book titled The Blond Knight of Germany was one of the most popular fighter ace biographies ever sold. The German edition alone, has enjoyed over 50 hardcover reprintings to date and has sold more than 300,000 copies.Today, at 77, TJ Constable retains the physical appearance and stamina of a man half his age. He recently collaborated with Jose Escamilla, known for his video taping of "rods", to produce a documentary about a tentative connection between Trevor's larger (mature?) Critters and Jose's smaller (immature?) rods. The video will include footage shot by Trevor aboard airliners in the 1970's with his 18A optical filter which shows UFO's-in color- coming right up to the aircraft and flying side by side, unseen by other passengers. Trevor remains optimistic that the bureaucratic barriers to commercial rain engineering will someday be sufficiently dismantled to allow him and George Wuu to fully employ the marvelous methodology that he labored so long to perfect and bring rain to those many drought stricken regions of the earth where famine and economic depression need not exist.
TREVOR JAMES CONSTABLE'S CRITTER PHOTOGRAPHYWITH 35 MM INFRARED FILM

UFO Amoebas / Atmospheric Plasmoids (see above)
UFO researcher Trevor James Constable, in a quest to understand better the elusive UFO phenomenon, began using infra-red film in an otherwise ordinary camera. Constable discovered that Infrared film, exposed between dawn and sunrise in high, dry locales will frequently objectify invisible objects of various kinds living in and passing through the atmosphere." [p.51]
His results were extraordinary. Not only were conventional discs and spacecraft-like forms captured on film, but amazing ameoboid entities. Commenting on these, and describing his own astonishment and surprise, Trevor Constable, in his provocative and profound autobiographical book, "The Cosmic Pulse of Life", refers to "...the unwelcome nature of these photographs....These living creatures, these bioforms, were neither what we wanted nor what we expected. We wanted spacecraft. At that time we stood in ignorance of any biological element in UFOs....In the intervening years I have observed with interest and fascination the disquieting, disturbing effect (the photos and film) have on all persons whose approach to UFOs is mechanistic. This experience has taught me that purported scientific "objectivity" is a fiction..." [pp83-4]
Constable had many unpleasant experiences with people - scientists and others - who were deeply threatened by his photographic evidence. So widespread and dramatic were these reactions that he assumed, following William Reich, an actual neurotic aversion on the part of the "establishment" towards the life-force.
This may indeed well be the
case, but there is an additional overlapping factor. As the historian
of science Thomas Kuhn pointed out in his classic work, The Nature of
Scientific Revolutions, Science as such is more concerned with
confirming already established theories, or paradigms, than with facing
new evidence. Such evidence - anomalies - is swept under the carpet,
and the new theories or paradigm explaining it rejected, until a new
generation of scientists come along who are willing to accept the new
position. The result is a "scientific revolution", and the
establishment of a new paradigm. Thus, to give some classic examples,
the heliocentric (sun-centred) cosmology of Copernicus was only
accepted over the old Ptolemaic geocentric (earth-centred) model of the
universe after much resistence, although the celebrated trial of
Galileo, who supported the Copernican theory, by the Church, was more a
matter of personal politics. Another, more recent, example: the "new
physics" of Plank, Einstein, Bohr, de Brolgie, Shroedinger, and others,
became a new paradigm that replaced, with rather greater ease, the old
Newtonian physics.
An example could also be given of a "paradigm that failed". In the late
sixties and early seventies it really seemed as if the data of
parapsychology, so painstakingly accumulated by J. B. Rhine and his
successors, would soon be assimilated into mainstream scientific
thinking. For Psi- phenomena are no more strange - and often a great
deal less so! - than some of the wierd and wonderful implications of
Quantum physics. But such was not to be, and parapsychology soon
reverted back to the reviled status of "psuedoscience".
The trouble with paraspychology is that, though harmless enough in
itself, it would have very quickly lead ton other far more threatening
things, like occult and psychic phenomena and realities. Thus it was
unacceptable for all reasons. And Constable's bio-UFO evidence would
seem to be equally threatening, and thus it was rejected in an equally
irrational way.
So, it is not that science is irrational. Science is rational; within
the compass of the paradigm of the day. But once it moves beyond those
limits, it becomes an irrational dogma, Scientism.
But let us ret'urn to Constables UFOs, and the contrast between the
bioforms and the spacecraft.
The so-called "spacecraft" are just as "etheric" as the bioforms; as
they "are built of matter of the etheric plane..." [p.203], and powered
by the life- force, what William Reich calls "orgone energy". Their
builders are, Constable tells us, a race of intelligent and benign
beings, the "etherians", whose world is the same as our world, except
it is of a higher vibratory level [pp201-3]. The craft become visible
and tangible when they materialise into our own world [p.203].
Now, the subject of UFO-beings is a very important one, and I wouldlike
to go into this in greater detail at some point. But for now I would
say that I do not accept the idea of etheric human-type people in
actual vehicles. The situation is much more complex than that. For what
we are dealing with here are parallel orders of evolution -
"ultraterrestrials" to use John Keel's useful term - which are closer
to the "devic" or nature-spirit than the human evolution. Yet inasmuch
as any contact with these kingdoms takes place through the subconscious
of the person concerned, they would tend to be modified and
anthropomorp, hised by that subconscious, just as in a dream one's
thoughts and complexes appear as actual people.
What we have therefore are at least two primary types of phenomena; two
"kingdoms" of etheric beings; one more intelligent ("a level of
intelligence...far above...that of contemporary humanity" [p.289-90]),
the other less (of a low order of consciousness, on about the same
plane as fish" [p.290]).
And as Constable points out:
"In the mode of their manifestation to mankind, spacecraft [i.e. the
more intelligent kingdom] and biological UFOs [the less intelligent
kingdom] have been mutually confused...down to this day...No
comprehensive theory can ever be formulated concerning UFOs that does
not include biological UFOs..." [p.86; also c.f. p.100]
It is the less intelligent and more obviously organic kingdom that is of interest to us here.
"The existence of these organisms seems to be essentially plasmatic, i.e. having their form expressed in heat substance.
They travel in pulsatory fashion, swelling and shrinking cyclically as they move through the air..." [p.84]
"Being plasmatic, they are capable of returning radar echoes, and often do...Motion pictures we made verify that these plasmatic organisms are capable of velocities and changes in shape and size that render worthless any attempt to handle them with the mechanistic mode of mentation" [p.85]
"Pulsation of these biological aeroforms - the natural and ineviitable concomitant of life is pulsation - provided further...confusion (for those) with mechanical notions. The pulsation was interpreted wherever seen...as due to the "power source" or "power system" of the UFO. The concept that such pulsation was equivalent to man's own heartbeat (was never considered)..." [p.100]
"...Prompted by observed pulsations of UFOs sighted at high altitudes by its pilots, the USAF once broached the idea of "space animals" in a public release dated 27 April 1949, stating that the objects appeared to act more like animals than anything else.
The airmen who observed these aeroforms...expressed the feeling that they were living organisms..." [p.34]
Describing Trevor Constable's photographs in his book Uninvited Visitors, the investigator of paranormal phenomena Ivan T. Sanderson said:
"Be they Unidentified Aerial
Objects or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, they don't look like machines
at all. They look to a biologist horribly like unicelluar lifeforms,
complete in some cases with nuclei, nucleoli, vacuoles and all the
rest. Some are even amoebic in form...." [p.128] Amoebic. Indeed, it is
clear even from the still photographs that these organisms are very
like amoebas in shape (fig. coming). Referring to a segment of
six frames of movie film (part of a larger sequence shot in 1958),
Trevor Constable says that
"The objects are seen to come and go, change their shape, number and
position all in this brief period. Ships from other planets? The scene
is more like the action perceivable through a microscope!" [p.101]"
Yet they are also entities of
pure life-force, lacking physical bodies, and of huge size. Trevor
Constable suggests a new science "of macrobiology, or even
macrobacteria" [p.129]; the prefix "macro-" indicating the huge size of
these organisms.
It seems here that we have an actual description of Blavatsky's
"Polarian" Root Race - large size, amoeboid form, and etheric nature -
from a writer who, although cogniscent with Rudolph Steiner's work,
only mentions Blavatsky's name and "Theosophy" once in passing [p.242],
and although sympathetically, without familiarity.
The implication seems to be that these bioforms are "living fossils" of
the original Polarian era, just as bacteria and blue-greem algae alive
together have herdly changed in thtree billion years. It is apparent
therefore that the "Polarians" are not specifically human ancestors, a
human "root race". Rather, they are life ancestors, a life "root
race".
We can assume that the life forces, before focusing and incarnating in
physical form, first existed at a purely etheric or pranic level. At
this level they evolved into actual organisms: the "polarians"
(Blavatsky) or "critters" (Constable). Being purely etheric, they were
not dependent on the narrow range of physical conditions that fragile
physical protoplasm is. We can assume that, as Blavatsky puts it, "they
could not be affected by any elements - flood or fire". They may have
originally ranged widely through the universe, and presumably still
do.
On Earth though, the appearance of macromolocules and simple organic
life actualised a new possibility in this corner of the universe: the
evolution of physical life. So there was a movement of these etheric
formations down into the physical processes of life.
Many esoteric philosophies talk of souls progressively incarnating.
Edgar Cayce speaks of souls travelling through the universe before
coming to Earth, desiring physical pleasures in the already existing
animals, and so incarnating in them. Other people, influenced by the
materialistic Von Danniken "ancient astronaut" mythos, claimed that
people came from other planets originally, and were marooned or trapped
here; or that they came from higher worlds of light and descended into
these gross bodies.
All these accounts can be taken as symbolic, as racial or psychic
memories; perhaps multifaceted in nature, "complexes", in that each
memory is a synthesis of a whole cluster of superficially similiar even
if quite distinct events. The descent of the Higher Self or Divine Soul
into the cycle of material existence; the movement of "polarians" or
"critters" into the first physical life; the incarnation of the
emotion-principle (the emotional or astral body) and later the
intellectual principle into higher invertebrate and vertebrate life;
perhaps an actual science-fiction extraterrestrial genetic experiement,
a la Von Danniken and his sucessors; and the "past-life" history of the
particular person who comes up with those particular ideas (why could
not the soul first incarnate in one world or plane, and then another?);
all these possibilities, although distinct, can still be linked
together, and even confused clairvoyantly or in the person's
subconscious, where they become a complex or archetype, or a cluster of
such, of "the incarnation of the consciousness in these physical
bodies".
